Service Introduction

Since the establish of Eternity CNC, it has been a set rule and first principle to stand and think in customer position, to fulfil our commitments in services,which is the core value of our company.

For  Eternity it is core value and ultimate goal to provide quality service and support all maintenance activities.

Our dedicated service staff has included a number of experience technicians, engineers to ensure a timely response and to identify the problems may happen as soonest.

For all machines in Eternity brand, we offer the service as below:

Installation Service

We dispatch technician to customer’s factory for installation and preoperation of machines. (Customers only need to pay for the airfare and hotel expense.)

Training Service

Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.  ( Customers only need to pay for the airfare and hotel expense.)

Quality Guarantee

We arrange a final test before shipment. We will make shipments after making sure machine is in the best performance.

Machine warranty is 2 years.

If the machine delivered has problem in working, the customer could shoot pic and send to our sales representative in contact who will be available for communication until 11pm who will revert to our after sales services team immediately who will work a plan to solve after sale problem within 2 days, to define how it is cause and a solution to clear it. The services team is in position to arrange online conference meeting or video at any necessary.

We will be responsible to send the customer free replacement parts if it is not caused intentionally, and ensure a fast delivery of courier express.

If there happens fatal problems cannot be solved as above, we are in position to send technician to customer site, to check and ensure the facilities could in normal running.
